Ports 4.0 Fund Grant

Cleverload® was one of the winners of the “Ports 4.0” Fund grant.

The Cleverload® project was one of 19 pre-commercial projects (out of a total of 300 companies) awarded grants from Puertos del Estado (State Ports) as part of the plan to promote entrepreneurship and innovation in the port sector.

Cleverload® is a customer-centric, single-sign-on intralogistics platform that pursues efficiency in working with assets, increasing their lifespan, and enhancing workplace safety.

To achieve this, sensor-based monitoring, asset management tools, and AR/VR simulations are used. These simulations, managed by artificial intelligence, result in the digital twin, which brings together the innovative nature of the tool, offering a qualitative leap in the sector and is also scalable in this and other sectors.

In addition, an advanced maintenance tool is included that can manage predictive maintenance, a second element of a markedly innovative nature. Both tools have been made available to Euskadiko Kirol Portuak (EKP) and Toro y Betolaza (TB) as demonstrator clients within the project, allowing us to take the final steps toward market launch with them, which is key to pivoting the solution appropriately.
